Then, from November 8-9, head to Festival Latino de Ocracoke to experience the vibrant Latino community’s music, food, and art on Ocracoke Island​.

The Outer Banks Marathon and Half Marathon on November 9-10 is perfect for runners and spectators alike, winding through scenic stretches of Kill Devil Hills and Manteo.
