Things to Do on the OBX for September 7th 2024

🌤️ Good morning, OBX adventurers! September 7, 2024, is here, and it's National Play Outside Day, so there’s no better place to celebrate than right here in the Outer Banks!

Today’s weather brings cloudy skies and a high near 78°F, with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning. But don’t let that stop you from enjoying the outdoors—it’s the perfect excuse to start your activities early and take advantage of any sunny breaks that come your way. A light breeze from the north at around 9 mph will keep you cool as you explore.

With the OBX offering stunning beaches, hiking trails, and endless watersports, there's something for everyone to get outside and enjoy.

Whether it's paddleboarding, beach volleyball, or just a casual bike ride along the coast, today is all about embracing the beauty of the Outer Banks!

Pack an umbrella just in case, but don’t forget to have fun, rain or shine!
