2025 Outer Banks Wedding Weekend and Expo

The Outer Banks Wedding Association is excited to announce the 26th Annual Outer Banks Wedding Weekend and Expo, scheduled for Martin Luther King Jr. weekend, January 17-19, 2025, in downtown Manteo, North Carolina.

Event Schedule:

• Welcome Party:

  • Date: Friday, January 17, 2025

  • Time: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  • Location: Vista Creek Event Venue, Manteo

  • Details: Kick off the weekend with hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and dancing at this scenic venue overlooking the Roanoke Sound. Attendees can redeem their tickets and receive wristbands and other materials for seamless entry into Saturday’s Expo.

• Wedding Expo:

  • Date: Saturday, January 18, 2025

  • Time: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

  • Locations:

    • 108 Budleigh, Manteo

    • The Waterfront Trellis, Manteo

  • Details: Meet with a diverse array of local wedding vendors, including photographers, planners, caterers, and more. Many vendors will offer exclusive Expo-only deals and discounts. VIP ticket holders can enter to win a $1,000 voucher to use with the Expo vendor of their choice.

• Wedding Tour:

  • Date: Sunday, January 19, 2025

  • Time: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Locations: Various venues and businesses throughout the Outer Banks

  • Details: This self-guided tour allows attendees to explore some of the most sought-after wedding venues on the Outer Banks. Many locations will feature additional vendors, providing further opportunities to discuss wedding ideas and services.
